The SERRC maintains a collection of instructional materials, assessment instruments, videotapes, and reference materials for loan to special and regular education professionals, parents, and other persons working with children with disabilities.  The library is structured around the following main subjects/topics:

Assessment, Bilingual/Special Education, Handicap Awareness, Health/Physical Education, Low Incidence/Severely Handicapped, Mathematics, Occupations, Perceptual Motor, Personal Development/Guidance, Professional/Parent, Reading/Language Arts, Recreation/Leisure Time, Science, Self-Help/Living Skills and Social Studies

You can go on line and browse through our collection at your leisure at the website above.   If you would like to check out anything from our library you will need a library card.  The ESC of Lorain County provides us with van service to get our materials out to you and allows you to return them to us in this same manner.  We also have an Erie/Huron van service that runs once a week on Tuesdays for this same purpose.

SERRC PRODUCTION CENTER

We offer the opportunity to design and produce materials. This includes the use of the Artwaxer, Accu-Cut and Ellison Letter Machines and dies to cut out letter, shapes  and laminating. A current SERRC library card is required to access library and production services.
